Eutelsat 21B - Chinese TV receivable in europe

At this frequency Eutelsat 21B 10856.00 V DVB-S2 QPSK 30000 1/2

you all can get easily the mojority of chinese tv channels, but encrypted in DVB Scrambling VisionCrypt.

Any idea, how to open it, maybe in China they know how?

CCTV5 and 5+ would be a great help for soccer on tv..... ;)
