Cloud timeshift and catchup channels must be supported and provided by your provider.
If you'd like to watch a live event on a catch up channel from the start do as follows:
1) Open Grid EPG.
2) Highlight the live event on the catchup channel that has started.
3) Press 'I' info button.
4) Highlight 'Play' and press OK.
5) The live event will now start playing from the start.
