Dream Multimedia Error

Dear all
i am tired from this error and i tried every thing i have dm 800 hd clone with ssl 69 and its ferrari and i try to upgrade it to 84 and 88 ssl its not working and i want used iptv so i have to buy anew sim and i bought anew one japher super sim3 and senice i got it until now i have this error i talk to every one about it some of them told me u need to upload anew image support ssl 88 on your old sim and then replace it with anew one and i did but still same error and other people tell me u may have some short volt delived to your sim card socket and make sure simcard socket reciver 5 volt and i check it and i found it 1.45 so i tried to connect an extra volt like this and check again now its became 5 volt like this

but still same error but some thing i donot know when i used any ssl 69 image on the new sim its working normal so i its mean i donot need to reflash anew sim again like onther people told me so now i donot know what i have to do and i can not used my dm800 please advise
