X solo mini3, 4GB Flash Space ??

Hi all, I have some x solo mini3 boxes, The spec's claim it has 4gb flash memory " Flash Memory 4Gb Serial Flash(256MB×16)"

I have checked on my boxes of this and there is only 440.3 .. I have being led up the wrong path ?
