Sunray SOLO3 (Solo SE) jtag

I have a broken Sunray SOLO3.
It looks like a problem with the flash module, I exchanged it with the module of a working SOLO3, and then the box just works.
Probably a faulty Samsung k9f2g08u0c.
Anyone knows how to jtag this box ? It has a BCM7241.
Or maybe a flash module for sale ?
