Octagon SF8008 Supreme - DVB-S2X Not Working, Only Shows DVB-S2

I recently purchased the Octagon SF8008 Supreme, which was advertised to support DVB-S2X. However, after setting it up, I noticed that it only shows DVB-S2. I suspect that the issue might be related to missing drivers.Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any advice on where I can find the appropriate drivers or how to update the device to enable DVB-S2X
