Technomate 5402 and sky card

Hi
Apologies if the answer to this is in a sticky but I have spent over an hour on this.

I have a legitimate UK sky card that Should work in a technomate 5402 M3

When I put it in the slot I am required to put in a Key under NDSKEY edit after pressing yellow

This is a 10 digit number.

I have tried the serial number from the sky box with no joy

If anyone could help I would be most grateful
