Auto fec and auto modulation in manual scan?

Hi! Is there any way to input auto FEC and auto Modulation in manual scan ⇒ user defined transponder for DVB-S2 channel search? There is such an option for DVB-S channels and auto FEC, but not for DVB-S2. I have openATV image and, i don't know if that's possible on Dreambox OS images. I don't like to edit satellites.xml every time there's been a change for FEC or Modulation.
