sat tube TV plugin

HI All
There is a new service named sat tube TV where they use data channel to provide several TV channels !!
users subscribed to that service are able to broadcast there own channel! (like IPTV channels)
and we can receive theses channels by opening data channel and playing sat tube plugin to be able to see channel list and we can play any channel!

Is there any one that can develop plugin so we can play theses channels in any dvb player like progdvb ?

the transponder of data channel is
10930 H 30000 13 E hotbird

the plugin work for receiver with CPU 4M 1506G
