Hi all,

Changed email and my provider is blocking your domain so I rejoined again as myself :-)

DM800 now Ferrari sim (was 2.01), Gigablue quad plus (fantastic), DM8000 (genuine) and selling Vu+ Duo to fund Gigablue.

Gave myself CA error when I swapped the sims - my own fault, then found that after 3 days the serial cable was crap. Got my old serial cable and flashed immediately :clapping:

I'll help when I can :thum:

5 LNBs on one dish

Hi folks!
Currently have Vu+ Solo SE V2 attached to 4 in 1 Diseqc
4 LNBs 13E, 19.2E, 23.5E & 28.2E.

Want to add another LNB pointing at 9E

Do I:
- Get an 8 in 1 Diseqc switch?
- Get a 22KHz swith?
- Run a second cable to the other tuner on the Vu+?
- Other?

Vu Solo Original Red Light

I would like if I could find someone to help please if possible. I have a Vu Solo in hand and when power on it stays on red light. I have to wait for about 5 minutes and than sw off and on again and it boots(go on Green light). When I finish and sw it off from mains the red light go off instantly not like normal VU which takes about 30sec (charge) to go out after the power off. So in my mind I just said this could be a Capacitor which is not keeping the charge. I opened it and I could not see any blown Capacitor and I am in the dark once again. Is there any one that could help me please and could direct me which capacitor could be faulty on Vu Solo pls. Thanks for now.

Hi all, it's been a while since I have used my DM800 has it had died but I decided to purchase a new motherboard from a company on ebay in Germany for £56. The original box was a clone with a ferrari SIM. Anyway installed the new motherboard and all is working, however...

I am not really sure if the sim is original or clone, it looks like it has a BL of 74, the SIM is white with a silver hologram on top that says SU and no other markings on either side. So before I attempt to flash this box with a new image I really want to make sure I do it in the right way.

Any pointers if this is a clone or what images I should be looking at with this, would be good also to find out what sim this is?
