reccomendations for 4k televisions wanted

It looks like my 55 inch Samsung Smart HDTV is on it's way out.
Last night, it went dark for a second and since then there has been a line about 80% of the width of the screen from right to left.

I have done some research and it seems likley that the panel is on it's way out and is expensive to fix.

So, what 4K television should I purchase and why?
I want it for terrestrial tv and for use with my VU Ultimo 4K and Viark Droi 4K.

I know very little about the different types of 4K broadcast, so any advice gratefully received.

Hi,

I tried a lot of time to recievie satellite signal with Daum PotPlayer, but can't make it work. Can You please help me out to solve this problem?

I saw few guys are using VLC, but couldn't find the tutorial how to configure it for working with pc DVB cards.

Salve a tutti, sono nuovo nel forum e sarei intenzionato a costruirmi con un raspberry un server multimediale, come avrete già intuito dal titolo, consiste nel collegare un ricevitore satellitare come questo:

Alla porta usb del raspberry e poi con tv headend settare i vari parametri e il gioco è fatto, ho visto che online molti utenti hanno costruito un affare simile e per anche solo "sperimentare" mi sembra adeguato. Ora però chiedo a voi come fosse possibile associare una smart card di tv sat per guardare anche i canali criptati, altrimenti potrei vedere solo quelli gratuiti.

the reciver led display will show the word "strt" but will not start or display anything on tv. i tried to flash it with serial cable . oem fw and custom. it flashed correctly but still dispays "strt" with no image on tv.


can it be fixed or need to get trashed ?
